Break Down Barriers to Direct U.S.-Artsakh Travel and Communication
Call on Congress and the State Department to End Azerbaijan’s Veto against U.S.-Artsakh Relations Dialogue and Diplomacy

On June 20th, the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will be meeting to discuss Artsakh peace as part of the OSCE Minsk Group moderated negotiations.

Please take a moment to contact Secretary of State Pompeo and your U.S. Representative lift barriers to direct U.S.-Artsakh dialogue - a key element to the durable and democratic resolution of outstanding status and security issues related to the independent Artsakh Republic (Nagorno Karabakh).

Your letter to your U.S. Representative would urge them to cosponsor H.Res.190 - the Artsakh Travel and Communication Resolution, spearheaded by Rep. Pallone, which specifically encourages visits and communication between officials from the U.S. and Artsakh at all levels and calls for the full and direct participation of the democratically-elected Government of the Republic of Artsakh in all OSCE and other negotiations regarding its future.

Your letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo urges the Administration to lift these outdated travel and communication restrictions.
